Thameside Radio were a regular Sunday evening station which operated across London on 90.2MHz FM between 1977 and 1983.
The station was well known for its high technical standards and was possibly the first to use uhf links from the studio to the transmitter location.
They were also famous for doing live outside broadcasts.

Bob Edwards hosts between 7pm and 8pm, with Tony Lloyd at 7:30pm reading Thameside News.  Transferred from a 1970s cheap and nasty C120, so as well as some signal fades, apologies for the medium wave quality audio from the FM signal and some speed issues.  54MB
